Noble Wines’ Story
Proprietors George and Patricia Noble fell in love with Napa Valley one warm, sunny November day on a visit from cold, cloudy Chicago. The temperature alone was enough for them to “move west.” They brought with them their love of fine food and great wine and their large collection of French and American wines.
The Noble estate is in the hills above St. Helena, at 1,500 foot elevation, where they planted cabernet vines on the rolling terrain. Their first vintage was for their 2004 Cabernet, which was released in 2010. To date, they have released four vintages, 2004 through 2007. The 2008–2014 vintages remain in cellar until the Noble’s and winemaker, David Lattin, believe they are ready to enjoy.
George and Patricia, and winemaker David Lattin, are dedicated to producing the best Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah from ultra-premium vineyards. By sourcing from different Napa Valley appellations—St. Helena, Rutherford Bench, Atlas Peak, and other Napa Valley hillside vineyards, including the Pritchard Hill area—they are able to hand-select lots that they know will deliver high quality and perfect ripeness for each vintage.
Noble Wines Napa Valley are produced in small quantities and every aspect of Noble Wines winemaking, from vineyard to harvest to blending meet their highest standards. The Noble’s strive to live up to their name and produce a smooth, perfectly food-friendly Cabernet Sauvignon on par with European first growth estates.
Noble Wines are available at fine restaurants, and wine shops in California, New York, and New Jersey.
